Create a visual artwork in any format that either celebrates the impact of Cole Park in our community or speaks to the event theme.
ESSAY WRITING
Write an essay (600 words or less) about either the impact of Cole Park in our community or about the event theme.
CONTEST DETAILS
Are you, or do you know an aspiring writer or visual creative artist in our community? The organizing team of TEDxColePark is accepting submissions of artwork and essays to be featured at the upcoming TEDxColePark event.
The creators of the winning artwork and the winning essay will receive prizes – AND be recorded reading their essay or explaining their artwork, for inclusion in our TEDx events.
Contest Details
We are accepting entries from K-12 students in South Texas.
We will choose one winner each for Visual Artwork and Essay Writing.
They will each receive a prize and be recorded reading their essay or explaining their artwork, for inclusion in our TEDx event.
We will also be shortlisting a few finalists in each category whose works will also be considered for publication on our website.
The contest is free for all and each contestant may submit as many times as they would like in each category.
